 Day 1

 Breakfast: Green Detox Smoothie (Spinach, cucumber, apple, lemon, chia seeds) 

 Lunch: Berry Protein Smoothie (Mixed berries, Greek yogurt, oats, whey protein)

 Snack: Coconut Water + 5 almonds 

 Dinner: Avocado Banana Smoothie (Avocado, banana, almond milk, flax seeds)

 Day 2

 Breakfast: Mango Ginger Smoothie (Mango, ginger, mint, coconut milk)

 Lunch: Spinach & Pineapple Smoothie (Spinach, pineapple, banana, flax seeds) 

 Snack: Carrot sticks + hummus

 Dinner: Cucumber Mint Smoothie (Cucumber, mint, yogurt, chia seeds)

 Day 3

 Breakfast: Oats & Banana Smoothie (Banana, oats, milk, peanut butter)

 Lunch: Papaya Lime Smoothie (Papaya, lime, honey, mint leaves)

 Snack: Green tea + 1 apple

 Dinner: Beetroot Carrot Smoothie (Beetroot, carrot, orange, ginger)

 Day 4
